Kalshi

Each market evaluates whether measurable precipitation occurs in a specified U.S. city on September 24, 2026. For a market to resolve as 'Yes,' the total precipitation recorded at the official weather station for that city must exceed zero inches. 'Trace' amounts and missing data are counted as zero inches and therefore do not satisfy the condition. All markets use data provided by The Weather Company via weather.com/kalshi as the official source for verification. The rules emphasize that while public weather services may offer estimates, the resolving party will rely exclusively on the designated official data source to determine the outcome for each location.
