For a market to resolve as 'Yes,' the total precipitation recorded at the official weather station for that city must exceed zero inches. 'Trace' amounts and missing data are counted as zero inches and do not satisfy the condition for a 'Yes' outcome. The official data source for all markets is the Weather Company, with values accessible via weather.com/kalshi. All markets share identical secondary rules regarding data verification and the treatment of trace or missing values, ensuring consistency across locations.
