The event determines the resolution of multiple markets based on the minimum temperature recorded in Washington DC on September 13, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 64° or below, 65-66°, 67-68°, 69-70°, 71-72°, and 73° or above. If the recorded minimum temperature falls within a market's specified range, that market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. All markets share common secondary rules regarding data verification and error handling. The Weather Company is the sole source for official temperature data, and preliminary readings may be subject to revision. If a material error is identified in the initial data publication, the Exchange may delay expiration until a corrected version is released or until the expiration date, whichever comes first. If data remains unavailable by the expiration date, all markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi. The status of “Final” on The Weather Company’s platform is for convenience only and does not guarantee data accuracy or exempt the event from these error-resolution procedures.
