The event resolves based on the minimum temperature recorded at Washington DC (CLIDCA) on October 20, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Five markets cover specific temperature ranges: 43° or below, 44-45°, 46-47°, 48-49°, 50-51°, and 52° or above. If the recorded minimum falls within a market's defined range, that market resolves to Yes; all others resolve to No. All markets share identical secondary rules regarding data verification and error handling. The Exchange reserves the right to delay expiration if it identifies a material error in the initial data publication, allowing time for a corrected report. If no valid data becomes available by the Expiration Date, all markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi.
