All markets resolve based solely on the minimum temperature recorded at San Diego (CLISAN) on October 14, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 53°F or below, 54-55°F, 56-57°F, 58-59°F, 60-61°F, or 62°F and above. The Exchange retains discretion to delay resolution if it identifies a material error in the initial data publication, extending the evaluation period until a corrected value is released or the expiration date arrives. Should final data remain unavailable by the expiration date, all markets resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange. While other weather sources may offer similar data, only The Weather Company's report is authoritative for resolution purposes.
