Five markets cover specific temperature ranges: 70° or below, 71-72°, 73-74°, 75-76°, 77-78°, and 79° or above. If the temperature falls within a given range, the corresponding market resolves to Yes; all others resolve to No. All markets share common secondary rules regarding data verification and error handling. Preliminary data may be subject to rounding or conversion differences, and The Weather Company’s final reported value is the official determinant. If the Exchange identifies a material error in the initial publication, it may delay expiration until a corrected value is released or until the expiration date, whichever comes first. If no data remains available by the expiration date, all markets resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi.
