Six separate outcome ranges are defined: 69° or below, 70-71°, 72-73°, 74-75°, 76-77°, and 78° or above. If the recorded low falls within any of these temperature bands, the corresponding market resolves to Yes, with the final 78°+ range acting as the catch-all for any temperature above 77°. All markets share identical secondary rules regarding data verification: preliminary readings may vary due to rounding or conversion differences, and The Weather Company’s final reported value is the sole arbiter. If the Exchange identifies a material error in the initial publication before expiration, it may delay resolution until a corrected value is released or until the expiration date itself. Should no valid data exist at expiration, all markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange.
