All markets resolve based solely on the minimum temperature recorded at Phoenix (CLIPHX) on October 26, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 52°F or below, 53°F to 54°F, 55°F to 56°F, 57°F to 58°F, 59°F to 60°F, or above 60°F. The Exchange retains discretion to delay resolution if it identifies material errors in the initial data publication, extending the evaluation period until either a corrected value is released or the expiration date passes. If data remains unavailable by the expiration date, all markets resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange.
