All markets resolve based solely on the minimum temperature recorded at Philadelphia (CLIPHL) on October 15, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 51°F or below, 52°F-53°F, 54°F-55°F, 56°F-57°F, 58°F-59°F, or 60°F and above. If the recorded low falls within a market's defined range, that market resolves to Yes; all others resolve to No. The Exchange retains discretion to delay resolution if it identifies material errors in preliminary data, extending until either a corrected publication or the Expiration Date. In cases where data remains unavailable by the Expiration Date, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi. While other weather services may show different values, The Weather Company's report is the exclusive authority for all outcomes.
