Major weather pattern changes, such as shifts in Atlantic storm systems or high-pressure ridges, will influence trader expectations. Updated seasonal forecasts from meteorological agencies and real-time model runs as June approaches will drive repricing. Broader climate anomalies, such as early heat waves or cold snaps across Europe, may alter baseline assumptions. Additionally, any unusual atmospheric events or oscillations in jet-stream positioning could prompt rapid market adjustments. Traders monitor long-range forecasts and historical temperature analogues to anticipate moves.
