Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 63°F or below, 64-65°F, 66-67°F, 68-69°F, 70-71°F, or 72°F and above. The Exchange retains discretion to delay resolution if it identifies material errors in the initial data publication, extending the evaluation period until a corrected version is released or the expiration date arrives. Should final data remain unavailable by the expiration date, all markets resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange. Preliminary readings may differ from final values due to rounding or conversion adjustments, and the 'Final' status on The Weather Company's platform does not exempt data from potential revisions under these rules.
