Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 50°F or below, 51°F to 52°F, 53°F to 54°F, 55°F to 56°F, 57°F to 58°F, or 59°F and above. The Exchange uses The Weather Company as the sole authority for temperature data, and preliminary readings may differ from final values due to rounding or conversion. If a material error is identified in the initial data before expiration, the resolution may be delayed until corrected data is published or until the expiration date. If no data remains available by expiration, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange.
