Six separate outcome ranges are defined: 69°F or below, 70-71°F, 72-73°F, 74-75°F, 76-77°F, and 78°F or above. Each market corresponds to one of these temperature ranges. All markets use The Weather Company as the sole source for temperature data, with preliminary readings subject to revision. If a material error is identified in the initial data before the expiration date, resolution may be delayed until corrected data is published or until the expiration date arrives. If no valid data exists at expiration, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the exchange.
