All markets resolve based solely on the minimum temperature recorded at Los Angeles (CLILAX) on October 6, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 68°F or below, 69-70°F, 71-72°F, 73-74°F, 75-76°F, or above 76°F. The Weather Company’s official report is definitive, even if other sources show different values. Preliminary data may be subject to revision, and the Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution if it identifies a material error in the initial report. If no valid data is available by the expiration date, markets will resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange.
