This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the lowest temperature recorded at the London City Airport Station in degrees Celsius on 1 Jun '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the lowest temperature recorded for all times on this day for the London City Airport Station, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/gb/london/EGLC. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the gear icon next to the search bar and switch the Temperature setting between °F and °C. This market can not resolve until the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
The market resolves on Jun 1, 2026. Resolution is determined by the actual lowest temperature recorded in London on June 1, measured against the specific threshold defined in the contract terms. Official meteorological data sources are used to verify the outcome and settle all positions. Traders should review the exact temperature threshold and measurement methodology specified in the contract details to understand which outcome will be declared correct.
Major weather pattern shifts, seasonal climate anomalies, and updated meteorological forecasts can significantly move odds. Atmospheric pressure systems, jet stream positioning, and ocean temperature anomalies affecting the North Atlantic influence early June weather in London. Seasonal climate outlooks from agencies like the UK Met Office or NOAA may revise expectations weeks in advance. As June 1 approaches, daily weather models become more precise, often triggering sharp price movements. Traders monitor long-range forecasts, historical temperature records, and real-time atmospheric data to adjust positions ahead of resolution.
