The event resolves based on the minimum temperature recorded at the Houston (CLIHOU) weather station on September 2, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Six distinct temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a separate market outcome. If the minimum temperature is less than 72°F, the '71° or below' market resolves to Yes. If it falls between 72°F and 73°F, the '72° to 73°' market resolves to Yes, and so on for the ranges of 74-75°F, 76-77°F, 78-79°F, and anything above 79°F. All markets are mutually exclusive, meaning only one can resolve to Yes based on the actual temperature data. The Weather Company’s official reported value is the sole authority for determination, and users are cautioned that preliminary readings may vary due to rounding or conversion differences before the final data is published.
