Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 52°F or below, 53°F to 54°F, 55°F to 56°F, 57°F to 58°F, 59°F to 60°F, or above 60°F. The Weather Company's official reporting is the sole determinant, even if other sources show different values. Preliminary data may be subject to rounding or conversion differences, and participants should exercise caution when interpreting early readings. If the Exchange identifies a material error in the initial non-preliminary data, it may delay expiration until a corrected version is published or until the expiration date, whichever comes first. If no data remains available by the expiration date, all markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi.
