Six distinct temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a different market outcome. If the minimum temperature is less than 74°F, the '73° or below' market resolves to Yes. If it falls between 74°F and 75°F, the '74° to 75°' market resolves to Yes, and this pattern continues for successive markets covering ranges of 76° to 77°F, 78° to 79°F, and 80° to 81°F. For any temperature above 81°F, the '82° or above' market resolves to Yes. All markets use The Weather Company as the exclusive source for temperature data, with the understanding that preliminary readings may vary due to rounding or conversion differences, and only the final reported value will be used for resolution.
