All markets resolve based on the minimum temperature recorded at Denver (CLIDEN) on October 22, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 45° or below, 46° to 47°, 48° to 49°, 50° to 51°, 52° to 53°, or 54° and above. If the recorded minimum temperature falls within a market's specified range, that market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. The Exchange retains discretion to address material errors in the initial data publication, potentially delaying resolution until a corrected value is released or until the Expiration Date. If data remains unavailable by the Expiration Date, markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi. It is important to note that while a "Final" status may appear on weather.com/kalshi, it does not guarantee the data is error-free and does not exempt the market from potential resolution adjustments under the above error-resolution procedures.
