All markets resolve based solely on the minimum temperature recorded at Denver (CLIDEN) on November 2, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: below 40°F, 40-41°F, 42-43°F, 44-45°F, 46-47°F, or above 47°F. The Exchange retains discretion to delay resolution if it identifies material errors in preliminary data, extending the evaluation until a corrected version publishes or the expiration date arrives. If final data remains unavailable by expiration, all markets resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange. While other weather sources may offer guidance, only The Weather Company's official reporting determines outcomes, and status labels like "Final" on related platforms do not guarantee error-free data.
