If it falls between 60°F and 61°F, the second outcome resolves to Yes. Similarly, temperatures between 62°F and 63°F, 64°F and 65°F, and 66°F and 67°F resolve the third, fourth, and fifth outcomes to Yes, respectively. Any temperature above 67°F results in the sixth outcome resolving to Yes.
