All markets resolve based solely on the minimum temperature recorded at Chicago's CLIMDW station on October 4, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: below 45°F, 45-46°F, 47-48°F, 49-50°F, 51-52°F, or above 52°F. The Exchange retains discretion to delay resolution if it identifies material errors in preliminary data publications, extending this until either a corrected publication or the expiration date, whichever comes first. If no valid data remains available by the expiration date, all markets resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange. While other weather sources may offer guidance, only The Weather Company's final reported value serves as the official determinant for all outcomes.
