All markets resolve based on the minimum temperature recorded in Chicago (CLIMDW) on October 3, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a distinct temperature range: below 43°F, 43-44°F, 45-46°F, 47-48°F, 49-50°F, or above 50°F. The Weather Company’s data is the sole authority, though preliminary readings may differ from final values due to rounding or conversion. If a material error is identified in the initial publication, the Exchange may delay resolution until a corrected value is released or until the expiration date. If data remains unavailable by the expiration date, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi.
