All markets resolve based on the minimum temperature recorded at Chicago's CLIMDW station on October 15, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 51°F or below, 52°F-53°F, 54°F-55°F, 56°F-57°F, 58°F-59°F, or 60°F and above. The Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution if it identifies a material error in the initial data publication, extending the evaluation period until a corrected version is released or the expiration date arrives. Should final data remain unavailable by the expiration date, all markets will resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange. It is important to note that while the Weather Company may display a 'Final' status, this does not guarantee the data is error-free and does not exempt the market from potential resolution adjustments under the above conditions.
