All markets resolve based on the minimum temperature recorded in Chicago (CLIMDW) on October 12, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 55° or below, 56-57°, 58-59°, 60-61°, 62-63°, or above 63°. The Exchange retains discretion to delay resolution if material errors are identified in preliminary data, extending the evaluation period until a corrected publication or the official expiration date. If data remains unavailable by the expiration date, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange. While other weather services may show different values, The Weather Company's report is the sole authority for all outcomes.
