All markets resolve based solely on the minimum temperature recorded at Austin (CLIAUS) on October 8, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: below 61°F, 61-62°F, 63-64°F, 65-66°F, 67-68°F, or above 68°F. The Exchange retains discretion to delay resolution if it identifies material errors in the initial data publication, extending the evaluation until a corrected version is released or the expiration date arrives. Should final data remain unavailable by the expiration date, all markets resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange. Preliminary readings may differ from final values due to rounding or conversion discrepancies, and the "Final" status on Weather Company platforms does not exempt data from potential revisions under these rules.
