Six distinct temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a separate market that will resolve to Yes if the recorded temperature falls within that range. All markets share identical secondary rules regarding data verification and error handling. The Weather Company’s data is the sole authority, even if other sources report different values. Preliminary data may be subject to rounding or conversion differences, so users should exercise caution. If the Exchange determines there is a material error in the initially published data, the expiration may be delayed until a corrected version is released or until the expiration date, whichever comes first. If no data remains available by the end of this period, all markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi. A “Final” status on weather.com/kalshi is provided for convenience but does not guarantee data accuracy or exempt the event from these error-resolution procedures.
