As new weather data and seasonal patterns emerge, prices adjust to reflect updated expectations for that day's conditions in Warsaw.
The market resolves on Jun 7, 2026, after the highest temperature in Warsaw on June 7 has been recorded and verified. The outcome is determined by official meteorological data from the relevant weather authority responsible for Warsaw observations. Once the final temperature reading is confirmed, the winning outcome contract is settled and traders receive payouts proportional to their holdings. The resolution process ensures that the market reflects the actual weather event that occurred on that specific date.
Temperature expectations for Warsaw on June 7 can shift based on updated seasonal forecasts, atmospheric pressure systems, jet stream patterns, and large-scale weather phenomena like heat waves or cold fronts. Major weather model updates from European meteorological centers often trigger price movements as traders incorporate new data. Unusual climate events, volcanic activity affecting solar radiation, or anomalous ocean temperatures can also influence long-range forecasts. As June approaches, short-range forecasts become more reliable, typically causing sharper repricing in the final weeks before the event.
