The market resolves on Jun 2, 2026, after the highest temperature in Shenzhen on June 2, 2026 has been recorded and verified. Resolution depends on official temperature data from recognized meteorological sources monitoring Shenzhen on that date. The outcome is determined by which temperature range or threshold the actual recorded high falls into, as defined by the market's outcome categories. Traders should monitor official weather station reports and data releases to understand how the final settlement will be determined.
Several factors could shift odds for Shenzhen's June 2 high temperature. Seasonal weather pattern updates and long-range forecasts from meteorological agencies will influence trader expectations. Tropical storm systems, monsoon activity, or unusual atmospheric pressure patterns in the region could drive volatility. Historical climate anomalies and El Niño or La Niña conditions may also affect pricing. As June approaches, short-term weather models become more reliable, potentially triggering significant repricing. Real-time atmospheric data and official forecasts released closer to the event date will be key catalysts for market movement.
