All markets resolve based solely on the maximum temperature recorded at Newark (CLIEWR) on October 8, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 72°F or below, 73-74°F, 75-76°F, 77-78°F, 79-80°F, or above 80°F. The Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution if a material error is identified in the initial data publication, extending the evaluation period until a corrected value is released or the expiration date passes. If final data remains unavailable by the expiration date, markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange.
