The event resolves based on the maximum temperature recorded at Newark (CLIEWR) on October 30, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Six distinct temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a separate market outcome. If the recorded temperature falls within a specific range, that market resolves to Yes, with all others resolving to No. In cases where preliminary data may contain errors, the Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution until a corrected, non-materially erroneous value is published or until the Expiration Date, whichever occurs first. If no valid data is available by the Expiration Date, all markets resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi. It is important to note that while other weather sources may provide similar data, only The Weather Company's official report is used for resolution purposes.
