The event resolves based on the maximum temperature recorded in New York City (CLINYC) on September 4, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Six separate temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a specific market outcome. If the temperature falls within a given range, that market resolves to Yes; all others resolve to No. All markets share common secondary rules regarding data verification and error handling. Preliminary data may be subject to revision, and the Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution if material errors are identified in initial reports. If final data remains unavailable by the expiration date, markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange.
