The event resolves based on the maximum temperature recorded in New York City on September 26, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Six separate temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a specific market outcome. If the recorded temperature falls within a given range, that market resolves to Yes; all others resolve to No. In cases where preliminary data may contain errors, the Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution until accurate data is published or until the expiration date. If data remains unavailable by the expiration date, markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange. The status of 'Final' on The Weather Company's platform is informational only and does not guarantee data accuracy or exempt the market from potential adjustments.
