Official meteorological data from recognized weather authorities will be used to settle the market. Traders should monitor the exact resolution rules in the contract terms to understand which temperature measurement source and time window apply.
Several factors could shift market odds before June 3. Seasonal weather pattern updates, tropical storm or monsoon forecasts affecting the Philippines, and historical temperature anomalies for early June in Manila may influence trader expectations. Real-time meteorological reports, changes in atmospheric pressure systems, and updates from PAGASA or international weather models could trigger repricing. Additionally, any unusual climate events or heat waves in the region during late May could signal conditions favoring higher or lower temperatures on the resolution date.
