You can monitor live price movements, 24-hour trading volume of $72,552, and cumulative volume of $117,879 to gauge market sentiment. The dashboard displays the leading outcome and its implied probability, helping traders assess consensus expectations around whether peak temperatures will reach specific thresholds on that date. Prediction market odds reflect real-money trader conviction and often diverge from traditional weather forecasts issued by meteorological agencies. While analysts rely on atmospheric models and historical data, this market aggregates dispersed information from participants betting on the actual outcome. Comparing implied probabilities here to official forecasts from Spain's national weather service or international models can reveal where the crowd expects surprises. Markets typically price in uncertainty more dynamically than static forecasts, especially as the event date approaches and new data emerges.

This market resolves around Jun 27, 2026, once June 27 concludes and the highest temperature recorded in Madrid that day becomes verifiable. The outcome is confirmed against credible public sources documenting the actual peak temperature. Traders who correctly predicted whether the temperature would meet or exceed the specified threshold receive their winnings, while incorrect positions expire worthless. Resolution timing depends on when official data is published and validated by the platform.

Weather model updates and seasonal forecasts are primary drivers; significant revisions from European meteorological centers can shift odds sharply. Atmospheric patterns—such as heat waves, cold fronts, or unusual pressure systems—will influence trader positioning as June 27 approaches. Real-time weather alerts, historical temperature anomalies for that date, and broader climate trends in southern Europe may also trigger repricing. As the event date nears, intraday forecasts become more precise, typically narrowing uncertainty and stabilizing prices in this market.
