The event resolves based on the maximum temperature recorded in Los Angeles (CLILAX) on October 18, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Six distinct temperature range markets exist: 77°F or below, 78-79°F, 80-81°F, 82-83°F, 84-85°F, and 86°F or above. Each market resolves to 'Yes' if the recorded high temperature falls within its specified range. All markets share identical secondary rules regarding data verification and error handling. Preliminary Weather Company data may undergo revisions, and the Exchange reserves the right to delay expiration if material errors are identified in initial reports. If final data remains unavailable by the expiration date, all markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi. The 'Final' status on Weather Company platforms is informational only and does not guarantee data accuracy or exempt markets from potential revisions.
