The official data from The Weather Company is the sole determinant, even if other sources report different values. Preliminary data may be subject to rounding or conversion differences, and participants should exercise caution when interpreting such readings. If the Exchange identifies a material error in the initial non-preliminary publication, it may delay expiration until a corrected revision is published or until the expiration date, whichever comes first. If no data remains available by the end of this period, all markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi. The status of 'Final' on weather.com/kalshi is provided for convenience but does not guarantee data accuracy or exempt the markets from potential adjustments due to errors.
