All markets resolve based solely on the maximum temperature recorded at Las Vegas (CLILAS) on October 9, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: below 94°F, 94-95°F, 96-97°F, 98-99°F, 100-101°F, or above 101°F. The Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution if it identifies material errors in the initial data publication, extending until either a corrected value is released or the expiration date passes. Should final data remain unavailable by expiration, all markets resolve at the last fair price determined by Kalshi. Preliminary readings may differ from final values due to rounding or conversion, and the 'Final' status on Weather Company platforms does not guarantee error-free data.
