All markets resolve based on the maximum temperature recorded at Las Vegas (CLILAS) on October 3, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: below 92°F, 92-93°F, 94-95°F, 96-97°F, 98-99°F, or above 99°F. The Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution if a material error is identified in the initial data publication, extending the evaluation period until a corrected value is released or the expiration date passes. If data remains unavailable by the expiration date, markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi. Preliminary readings may differ from final values due to rounding or conversion discrepancies, and the 'Final' status on The Weather Company's platform does not guarantee error-free data.
