The Exchange retains discretion to delay resolution if material errors are identified in preliminary data, extending until a corrected value is published or the expiration date passes. If data remains unavailable by expiration, markets resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange. While other weather sources may offer guidance, only The Weather Company's official report determines outcomes. Preliminary readings may differ from final values due to rounding or conversion, requiring caution in interpretation.
