The event resolves based on the maximum temperature recorded at Houston (CLIHOU) on October 23, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Six separate temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a different market outcome. If the temperature falls within a specific range, the associated market resolves to Yes, with all others resolving to No. In cases where preliminary data may contain errors, the Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution until accurate data is published or until the expiration date, whichever comes first. If data remains unavailable by the expiration date, markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange. The status of 'Final' on The Weather Company's platform is provided for convenience but does not guarantee data accuracy or exempt the event from potential revisions.
