All markets resolve based on the maximum temperature recorded at Denver (CLIDEN) on September 25, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 71°F or below, 72-73°F, 74-75°F, 76-77°F, 78-79°F, or 80°F and above. The Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution if a material error is identified in the initial data publication, extending the evaluation period until a corrected version is released or the expiration date arrives. Should no data remain available by the expiration date, markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi. It is important to note that while other weather sources may offer similar data, only The Weather Company's official report serves as the binding authority for resolution purposes.
