The market resolves based on the maximum temperature recorded at Denver (CLIDEN) on Oct 28, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Six distinct temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a separate market outcome. If the temperature falls within a specified range, that market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. All markets share common secondary rules regarding data verification: preliminary readings may vary due to rounding or conversion, and The Weather Company’s final report is authoritative. The Exchange reserves discretion to address material errors in initial publications, potentially delaying resolution until a corrected version is released or the expiration date arrives. If data remains unavailable by the expiration period, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi.
