This set of markets assesses the likelihood of specific temperature ranges in Denver on a particular future date. Each market corresponds to a distinct temperature band, allowing participants to speculate on how warm it might get. The outcomes are determined by official weather data from a designated source.
These markets resolve based on the maximum temperature recorded in Denver on October 23, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 75°F or below, 76-77°F, 78-79°F, 80-81°F, 82-83°F, and 84°F or above. If the recorded temperature falls within a market's specified range, that market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. All temperature data is subject to verification by the Exchange, which may delay resolution if a material error is identified in preliminary reports. In the absence of definitive data by the expiration date, markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange. It is important to note that while other weather services may provide similar data, The Weather Company's report is the sole authority for resolution purposes.
