The event resolves based on the maximum temperature recorded in Chicago (CLIMDW) on October 3, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Six separate temperature ranges are defined, each corresponding to a different market outcome. If the temperature falls within a specific range, the associated market resolves to Yes; all others resolve to No. Preliminary data may be subject to rounding or conversion differences, and The Weather Company’s final reported value is the official determinant. If a material error is identified in the initial publication before the expiration date, the resolution may be delayed until a corrected value is published or until the expiration date, whichever comes first. If no data remains available by the expiration date, all markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the exchange. The status of “Final” on The Weather Company’s platform is for convenience only and does not guarantee data accuracy or exempt the event from these resolution procedures.
