All markets resolve based on the maximum temperature recorded at Boston's CLIBOS station on September 8, 2026, as reported by The Weather Company. Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 77°F or below, 78-79°F, 80-81°F, 82-83°F, 84-85°F, or above 85°F. The Weather Company's official report is the sole authority, even if other sources differ. Preliminary data may be subject to revision, and the Exchange reserves the right to delay resolution if a material error is identified in initial reports. If data remains unavailable by the expiration date, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the Exchange. The 'Final' status on The Weather Company's platform is informational and does not override these resolution procedures.
