The Exchange holds final discretion to delay resolution if material errors are identified in preliminary data, extending until a corrected publication or the expiration date. If data remains unavailable by expiration, markets resolve at the last fair price determined by the Exchange. While other weather services may show different values, only The Weather Company's official report governs outcomes.
