Major weather pattern changes—such as monsoon onset timing, tropical cyclone activity, or high-pressure system positioning—will influence market prices. Seasonal climate anomalies, El Niño or La Niña conditions, and updated long-range forecasts from meteorological agencies can trigger significant repricing. Additionally, as June 8 approaches, short-range weather models become more precise, allowing traders to refine their temperature predictions and adjust positions accordingly, potentially creating volatility in market odds.
