Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: below 96°F, 96–97°F, 98–99°F, 100–101°F, 102–103°F, or above 103°F. The Weather Company’s data is the sole authority, though preliminary readings may differ from final values due to rounding or conversion. If a material error is identified in the initial data before expiration, the market may delay resolution until a corrected value is published or until the expiration date. If no data remains available by expiration, markets resolve to the last fair price determined by the exchange.
