Each market corresponds to a specific temperature range: 72°F or below, 73-74°F, 75-76°F, 77-78°F, 79-80°F, or above 80°F. The official data source is The Weather Company, and all participants must rely solely on its published maximum temperature for resolution. Preliminary data may be subject to rounding or conversion differences, so caution is advised when interpreting early readings. If a material error is identified in the initial non-preliminary publication, the Exchange may delay expiration until a corrected value is released or until the expiration date, whichever comes first. If no data remains available by the end of this period, all markets will resolve to the last fair price determined by Kalshi.
